Laggo Media – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Laggo Media LLC (“Laggo Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, booking a call, signing an agreement, submitting payment, or accessing any Laggo Media platform, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Laggo Media provides marketing and consulting services, which may include:
Paid advertising management (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Lead generation systems
CRM setup and automation (GoHighLevel and related systems)
Creative strategy, content creation, and ad design
Consulting, coaching, and growth strategy
AI automation and business optimization
Social media management and infrastructure development
Specific deliverables are outlined in the individual service agreement, proposal, or invoice sent to the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful results, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information, access, and assets needed to perform services
Follow instructions and recommendations provided by Laggo Media
Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes
Maintain active ad accounts, payment methods, and required tools
Comply with all platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)
Failure to comply may delay service delivery and/or impact performance. Laggo Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or lack of access.
3. Payments & Billing
By purchasing any service, you authorize Laggo Media to charge the payment method on file for the amount listed in the agreement.
All payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated.
Monthly retainers renew automatically unless canceled according to Section 9.
If payment fails, services may pause until resolved.
You are responsible for ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms.
Laggo Media is not a lender, financial partner, or business partner in your company.
4. No Guarantees
Laggo Media does not guarantee:
Specific revenue, sales, appointment volume, or results
Cost per lead, cost per click, cost per acquisition, or performance metrics
Platform approval, ad account stability, or algorithm behavior
Exact timelines for growth or scaling
Our services follow industry-standard best practices, but performance depends on factors beyond our control including market conditions, client responsiveness, offer quality, competition, and platform changes.
5. Results Disclaimer
Marketing performance varies by industry and individual business.
You acknowledge:
All advertising involves risk
No strategy guarantees success
Past performance does not predict future results
Laggo Media is not liable for financial losses resulting from ads, business decisions, or operational issues on the client’s end.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, frameworks, processes, videos, creatives, scripts, automations, and intellectual property created by Laggo Media remain the property of Laggo Media unless otherwise stated in writing.
You receive a license to use deliverables for your business only.
Reselling, redistributing, or replicating Laggo Media’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, data, business processes, and strategy confidential.
Confidential information may not be shared with outside parties unless:
Required by law
Approved in writing
Necessary for executing the service
8. Communication & Availability
Laggo Media conducts communication through:
Email
SMS
Slack or private channel (if provided)
Scheduled Zoom or phone calls
Laggo Media does not provide 24/7 support unless explicitly stated.
9. Cancellations & Termination
Retainers renew automatically unless canceled.
To cancel:
You must provide written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Laggo Media may terminate services if:
Payment repeatedly fails
Client violates platform policies
Client is unresponsive for extended periods
Client displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Any unpaid invoices remain due.
10. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Laggo Media does not offer refunds for:
Retainers
Consulting calls
Done-for-you services
Ad management
Setup or onboarding fees
Strategy sessions
Creative or design work
Courses, digital products, or training programs
Once work begins, all payments are fully earned and non-refundable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Laggo Media is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, indirect damages, or business interruption
Laggo Media’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services within the past 30 days
Client agrees to indemnify Laggo Media against claims arising from misuse of services, platform violations, or unlawful activity
12. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
All recommendations—strategic, operational, marketing-based, or AI-related—are strictly educational.
Laggo Media does not provide legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding business decisions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Michigan courts.
15. Amendments
Laggo Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Acceptance
By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have:

If you do not agree, do not use Laggo Media services.
